Oc Idea - Crocuta

Here is an oc I've had in my head for a while... but I'm not sure whether to make him for AT, my own use, or both... If for AT, he would probably be the pestilence person I made, but this would be him before he changed... I got some ideas for his design from some cultures in Africa; they are so colourful! Anyways, let me know what you guys think! (I really love his name XD )
